Jimmy Ren

Jimmy Ren is a seasoned corporate development professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development and Ventures at LiveRamp since August 2019, Jimmy Ren has successfully closed multiple significant transactions, including the notable acquisition of Habu, recognized as the Merger and Acquisitions Mid Market Deal of the Year 2024. Prior to LiveRamp, Jimmy Ren worked as an Investment Professional at a multi-billion dollar event-driven hedge fund and held positions at H.I.G. Capital and RBC Capital Markets, where responsibility included advising on M&A and leveraged finance transactions. Jimmy Ren began their career in corporate development at Liberty Media and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Dartmouth College.
