Gaurav Gaba

Gaurav Gaba is currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Kotak Mahindra Bank since March 2024. Prior to this role, Gaurav held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from March 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading credit risk modeling for a US Consumer Cards portfolio and participating in marketing, customer management, and underwriting modeling initiatives for personal loans as an Associate. Gaurav's earlier experience includes roles as Manager at Home Credit India and EXL, focusing on underwriting for consumer financing and regulatory modeling for a UK-based bank's mortgage portfolio, respectively. Additionally, Gaurav worked as a Modeler at American Express on portfolio risk modeling for credit cards and began a career as an Application Developer at IBM. Gaurav holds a PGPM in Finance and Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
