Dow R. Wilson

Dow Wilson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and board governance within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Director on the Board of Siemens Healthineers since February 2023, Wilson also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors for Agilent Technologies, where Wilson chairs the Audit Committee. Wilson's previous roles include President and CEO of Varian Medical Systems, culminating in its acquisition by Siemens Healthineers in 2021, and various board memberships, including AdvaMed and the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum. An influential figure in public policy, Wilson was appointed by the US Department of Commerce Secretary to serve on the President's Advisory Committee on Doing Business in Africa and chaired the USA-Brazil CEO Forum until 2023. Wilson earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree from Brigham Young University.
